About Me

My years of experience working both within public school systems and in the private practice setting has well prepared me to identify important information needed by your child’s school team and/or pediatrician to determine the underlying reason for learning, emotional or behavioral challenges.  I have worked with students in the PreK - college-age range over the last 13 years of my career in a variety of diverse settings.  I will work with you to help achieve the best outcome for your child’s unique needs to guide intervention planning and decision-making following an assessment.

I am passionate about empowering students to understand their learning profile in order to advocate for themselves ultimately.

In part, I am drawn from my experience of teaching a "success" course to college students who learned the skills to develop a growth mindset and the tools necessary to become lifelong learners.  Similarly, the results and recommendations of a psycho-educational assessment are meant to provide a positive impact long after the assessment process.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two baby boys and husband, who make my work more meaningful. I also enjoy running and spending time outdoors.
